1. Agreement with Terms & Conditions

You agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions upon your access or use of the PartnerCop site or platform. Should you disagree with any of the Terms & Conditions, then kindly refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Agency" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to PartnerCop and its operations.
  • "Creator" / "Influencer" / "Talent" refers to individuals who register themselves on our platform in order to avail themselves of brand collaborations.
  • "Brand" / "Partner" refers to brands looking for influencer marketing services.
  • "Services" refer to services offered by us including but not limited to talent management, brand partnerships, affiliate tools, campaign management, etc.

3. Eligibility

To register yourself and/or take advantage of our services, you must be an individual at least 18 years old. You certify that you possess sufficient legal capacity for making binding agreements.

4. Responsibilities of Creators

As an influencer on PartnerCop, you pledge to:

  • Follow disclosure policies for sponsored posts according to FTC rules and other legal requirements.
  • Create content in compliance with briefs and deadlines agreed upon.
  • Abstain from fraudulent behavior like purchasing followers and bot activity.
  • Communicate professionally with brands and our team members.
  • Stick to exclusivity agreements where required by certain brand contracts.

5. Responsibilities of Brands

Brands using our platform commit to:

  • Provide detailed briefs and prompt feedback.
  • Pay the agreed sum within the set period of time.
  • Avoid requesting unnecessary revisions.
  • Allow creators' creative freedom within brand requirements.

6. Fees & Commission

PartnerCop works on a commission basis. For brand contracts arranged via our platform, the company takes a commission ranging from 15% to 20% of the total campaign cost. Earnings from affiliate links follow their own conditions, which can be seen on the creator dashboard.

7. Payment Terms

The creators receive payment on a weekly basis after completing the approved campaign. The modes of payment include PayPal, bank transfers, among others as presented on the dashboard. Payment terms for brands include Net 15 or Net 30 depending on the agreement made except when otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

The creators own their content unless otherwise agreed in a brand agreement. Usage rights for brands are as outlined in the contracts of the respective campaign (30 to 90 days social media usage). PartnerCop owns the intellectual property rights including the technology platform and matching algorithm.

9. Content Guidelines

All content created on our platform must conform to all relevant laws and guidelines. Such content is prohibited:

  • Hate Speech, Harassment, Violence, Illicit Activities
  • Adult Content
  • Misleading/Misrepresentation
  • Counterfeit Products Promotion

10. Termination

A creator or brand has the option to terminate the agreement by giving a notice of 14 days. PartnerCop also retains the right to suspend or terminate any accounts violating the Terms of Service. This can include cases of fraud or any act of malice towards our brands. Outstanding payments shall be cleared within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

PartnerCop acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between creators and brands other than resolving them. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount charged for the particular campaign in question. We make no assurances regarding revenue or the performance of the campaign.

12. Indemnification

You must agree to indemnify and defend PartnerCop against any claim, damage, or expense incurred due to your violation of these Terms, laws, or any third party's rights.

13. Modification

We have the right to change these Terms at any point. Your continued use of our services after modifications signifies your agreement with the amendments. We will inform you of significant changes through email or notification on our dashboard.

14. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
